The Victorian Government's Respect Agenda has been released to State Sporting Associations (SSA's) and Community Sporting groups. This document provides SSA's and Sporting groups with a Code of Conduct in which to follow and enforce amongst their members, and Football Federation Victoria is pleased to have been involved in the creation of this Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct outlines behaviours that must be followed by participants in community sport. Some key points from the Code of Conduct are the inclusion of every person regardless of age, gender, race, religion; opportunities for people of all abilities; respect; and zero tolerance towards violence against women. Football Federation Victoria CEO, Mark Rendell, said the Code would help create a positive environment for all attending and participating in football matches across Victoria. "The Code will make a positive impact on community participation in our sport as it encourages appropriate, positive and respectful behaviour."
This document must be signed by all clubs that wish to receive funding from Sport and Recreation Victoria (SRV), and clubs must follow and enforce the guidelines as outlined in the document, click the image for the document Can you help.....we need sponsors...check our sponsorship page.........here |
